Your Virtual Assistant has been awarded....

Click for more information on FSVAVirtual Business Partners created the first industry benchmark of insurance virtual assistant certification, the Certified Insurance Virtual Assistant (CIVA).  To compliment the CIVA and to create a continued learning path, two more certifications were born, the Financial Services Virtual Assistant (FSVA) and the Master Financial Services Virtual Assistant (MFSVA)

Virtual Business Partners has teamed up with LOMA (Life Office Management Association) to offer specialized training for virtual assistants wishing to provide services to the life and health insurance industry.  The seven core classes for the FSVA consist of approximately 15 hours of required learning, including Estate Planning Concepts, How Annuities Work, College Funding, Overview of Retirement Plans, Financial Services Overview, Intro to Life Insurance, and Principles of Financial Management.  The experience component consists of a set of specific criteria used to determine the skill and experience level of a virtual assistant wishing to earn a FSVA certification.

Master Virtual AssistantMaster Virtual Assistant certification is awarded by www.vacertification.com, based on experience and training that sets them above even PVA’s (Professional Virtual Assistant), and have the ability become mentors and coaches for Virtual Assistants and Professional Virtual Assistants (PVAs).  MVA’s have built a Virtual Assistant practice and achieved success in their chosen field.
The MVA must accumulate a minimum of 400 points on the VACertification.com point system.  This means that they must have at least 200 points awarded to them for verifiable experience alone.

This designation places MVA’s at the very top of the Virtual Assistant Industry.
